1. Who we are

Taskinogo is operated by eSoftver d.o.o., Bavaništanski put 334, Pančevo, Serbia (PIB 113339582, MB 21848484) ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for account and contact data, and the data processor for the media you send us to verify.

2. Face images and video

When you call the API, you send a short video or a set of frames so we can return a real-or-spoof verdict. This media is processed in memory on our own GPUs, scored, and then discarded.

We do not store the images or video after the verdict is returned. We do not build, store, or share biometric templates or face embeddings. There is no face database.

3. Request audit log

For security, billing, and abuse prevention we keep a request audit log: a timestamp, the API key used, the chosen mode, the verdict and score, and basic metadata such as response time. The audit log does not contain the submitted images or video.

4. Account and contact data

When you request an API key or contact us, we process the details you provide (such as your email, name or company, and your message) to respond and to provision your account.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process account and contact data to perform our contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Where you act as a controller for your end users, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary consent for the media you send us.

6. Retention

Submitted media is not retained — it is discarded immediately after scoring. Audit-log entries are retained for a limited period for security and billing, then deleted. Account and contact data is kept for as long as your account is active.

7. Where processing happens

Verification runs on our own GPU infrastructure. We do not send your media to third-party face-recognition providers.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Cookies

The marketing website uses only what is necessary to function. We do not use advertising trackers.
